This research aims to examine Sayyid Qutb's method of interpretation in his monumental work Fi Zilal al-Qur’an, with a focus on the socio-cultural approach and the haraki dimension that colors the narrative of his preaching. This research is important because Sayyid Qutb's tafsir not only reflects a progressive and modern Islamic worldview, but also offers a model of Qur'anic interpretation that is relevant to contemporary social dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach based on literature study, with content analysis techniques for interpretive texts and other supporting references. The research results show that Sayyid Qutb placed monotheism as the main foundation in building the social and political awareness of Muslims. His interpretation presents a haraki thinking framework that integrates spiritual values with social change through an adabi ijtima'i approach. This approach is not only normative, but also strategic in forming a generation of Muslims who are aware of their social responsibilities. In conclusion, Sayyid Qutb's interpretation is not only hermeneutic, but also transformative, with strong implications in the fields of Islamic education, social movements, and the development of modern Islamic civilization. This research recommends strengthening thematic interpretation studies based on social context to answer the challenges of the times.
